Community Governance

Kissing Tree has one association (Kissing Tree Master Community) and two sub-associations. Each association has its own governing documents, fee schedules, rules, and regulations.

All Kissing Tree residents are members of Kissing Tree Master Community.

Kissing Tree cottages

Only residents who live in the Cottages are members of KTCC.

Kissing tree villas

Only residents who live in the Villas are members of KTVC.
